The Montreal Locomotive Works built this 2-8-0 in September of 1910 as CP #1881 but renumbered in January 1913 to 3881, rebuilt in October of 1927 as 3681 shown here. It was listed as an oil burner between 1918-1920 and again between 1952-1956. Specs - serial #48942, class N2A, 63" drivers, 190 psi boiler pressure, 23x32" cylinders, engine weight of 240,000 lb, tractive effort of 43,395 lb, retired in February of 1960. J.R. Quinn photo
