Santa Fe E6 13 and B unit 81A wait for the 8 PM departure time to arrive for train 12 from Dallas to Kansas City. The B unit, 81A, was originally built as an EMD E1C in 1937 or 1938. In 1952 or 1953 this unit was rebuilt into this E8M.
