Description:  A GP40 in RF&P paint and a CSX SD40-2 sit at the west end of Allentown yard sometime in the early 90's. This would more than likely by power for the ALCS.

Title:  RF&P leader
Description:  RF&P had a cab signalling system that was not compatible with anything else, so its units had to lead between Alexandria and Richmond until CSX equipped enough of its own units to lead on this segment after it acquired the RF&P. Here a former RF&P unit leads 85 cars northbound rast the Alexandria station.
