Unfortunately. the Veterans Unit would not be leading the FWLI back to Lima, rather the crew would be picking up a pair of geeps for the return trip back. The crew was instructed to put the inbound power by the sand pit, which at least gave me an opportunity to shoot it by the hump tower. I guess you could say I "sorta" got it leading. |

The goal was to chase L90 to HUGO where I could get it at speed. Unfortunately, even though I was ahead of it almost the entire way there, it still managed to beat me. At the same time, CFE LIFW was yarding on the other side of town with the newly painted Veterans Unit 2nd out. Hoping to grab it leading going back east, I decided to work my way to the other side of town again. I found the train crossing Meyer Road right when I got there. |
