Title:
VBR 0-6-0 #9 - Virginia Blue Ridge Rwy
Description:
According to the information on the back of the photo, this little 0-6-0 steam switcher was built by Alco in October of 1942, serial #70402. From another photo by the same unknown photographer, he was present when this ex-USAX #616 was delivered to the VBR on 8/23/1958, approximately a year earlier than this one was taken. Obviously they repainted and renumbered inbetween the photos. Unknown photographer.
