If the "Baby Face" is really the 5821 (Hard to read the number) it is also pictured in Douglas and Weiglin's Pennsy Diesel Years 1942-1968 at P. 57. It had been downrated to 5000 HP and repainted into freight colors

PRR 5891, EP-22, 1959
Description:
Volkmer. Here is an image of a photo (converted to B&W) by William D. Volkmer that was taken in Altoona, Pennsylvania, on 18 April 1959. Parked in the Pennsylvania Railroad's Erecting & Machine Shop storage yard is engine #5891, an EP-22 built by GM-EMD in April of 1950 and rated at 2,250 horsepower. To its immediate left is Baldwin-built "Centipede" #5821. In the foreground is PRR gondola #244227. William E. Burket Collection.

PRR 5821, BH-50, 1959
Description:
Volkmer. Here is an original 35mm color slide by William D. Volkmer that was taken in Altoona, Pennsylvania, on 30 August 1959. Shown here (L to R) is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5821 and another unit whose road number is not recorded. Both are BH-50's built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as BP-60's rated at 3,000 horsepower each, but later regeared and classified as BH-50's rated at 2,500 horsepower each. #5821 was constructed in February of 1948 and retired in September of 1962 after just 14 years of revenue service.
